Shamua

The weight and horns of Anatolian chamois are larger than other chamois types. They live in the high levels of Northern and Eastern Turkey. The hunting area is in the Kaçkar Mountains of the Black Sea Region. and in the Eastern Anatolia region, hunting is possible. The altitude of this area is between 2000 - 3000 meters. The best hunting season of the Chamois is from August 1 to mid-November. Accommodation can be provided in fly camps where hunting areas are high in the fall. In addition, winter hunting can be done in the hunting lodges.
